Family Group Data Input Form

Please refer to my RootsWeb site. If you have info about anyone who connects to any individual listed there, this is the correct place to submit your data.
The Submit button is at the bottom of the screen (scroll down).
Return to this form as many times as required to enter data on however many families you want to document.
Enter as much data as you know. Please use these formatting guides:
- Enter names as: First Middle Last (e.g., George Walker Bush).
- Enter locations as: City, County, ST, Country
  (e.g., Crawford, McLennan Co., TX, USA)
- Enter dates as mm/dd/yyyy (e.g., enter July 6, 1946 as 07/06/1946).
Do not enter an unmarried person as the husband or the wife. Instead, submit a form that includes that person as a child of his/her parents.
If there are more than eight children, please submit a second form for the 9th and subsequent children. (If you have to do this, just enter the parents' names on the second form, enter the childrens' data, and put a note in the 'Additional notes' field which states that child "#1" is really child #9.)
Please list children in birth order and spouses in order of marriage.
