To him the said **James Martin** his Heirs & Assigns forever, For his or their only Proper use Benefit & Behoof, He or they yeilding ''[sic]'' & Paying For the same unto the Lafull ''[sic]'' Receivers of Quit Rents at the Rate of Three Shillings Sterling ''[3s]'' or Four Shillings ''[4s]'' Proclamation money for every Hundred acres, Yearly on the Twenty Fifth day of March, and the said **Moses Norman** for himself his Heirs Executrs & administratrs Doth Covenant & Promise to and with the sd **James Martin** & his Heirs & Assigns in manner & form following that is to say That at the time of this Present Bargain & Sale and untill ''[sic]'' the Ensealing & Delivery of these Presents He the said **Moses Norman** is the true Sole & Lawful owner of all the abovesd ''[abovesaid]'' Premises and that he hath in himself good Right full Power & Lawfull ''[sic]'' authority to grant, sell, convey, & assure the Premises in manner & form as aforesaid.
