''[Deputy Surveyor General]'' dated this 7th July 1772 ''[07 Jul 1772]'' I have admeasured and laid out unto **John Palmer** a plantation or tract of Land in St. Johns Parish Berkley County Containing Seven hundred ''[700]'' acres bounding NE on **Richard Norman**s Land and all other sides on vacant Land having such form and marks as the above plat represents
