By virtue of a Precept to me directed from James St. John Esqr ''[Esquire]'' his Majesties ''[sic]'' Surveyor Genl ''[General]'' for the said Province I have admeasured & laid out unto Mr. **Moses Norman** 115 Acres in Berkley County Butting & Bounding on the  North & West on Lands of **Thomas Waring** Esqr Southerly on **Joseph Stevens** Land & Sd ''[Said]'' **Norman**'s Old tract & Easterly on said old tract & hath such marks shapes & forms as are above delineated.

Given under my hand this 28th day of March AD 1732 ''[28 Mar 1732]''
