-Together with all Woods, Underwoods, Timber & Timber Trees, Lakes, Ponds, Fishings, Waters, Water-Courses, Profits, Commodities, Appurtenances & Hereditaments whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining ''[sic]'', together with Priviledge ''[sic]'' of Hunting Hawking & Fowling in & upon the Same, and all mines and mineral whatsoever; (Saving & Reserving, nevertheless all White Pine Trees: and on Tenth ''[1/10]'' Part of Mines of Silver & Gold.) To him the said James Martin his Heirs & Assigns forever, For his or their only Proper use Benefit & Behoof, He or they yeilding ''[sic]'' & Paying For the same unto the Lafull ''[sic]'' Receivers of Quit Rents at the Rate of Three Shillings Sterling ''[3s]'' or Four Shillings ''[4s]'' Proclamation money for every Hundred acres, Yearly on the Twenty Fifth day of March, and the said Moses Norman for himself his Heirs Executrs & administratrs Doth Covenant & Promise to and with the sd James Martin & his Heirs & Assigns in manner & form following that is to say That at the time of this Present Bargain & Sale and untill ''[sic]'' the Ensealing & Delivery of these Presents He the said Moses Norman is the true Sole & Lawful owner of all the abovesd ''[abovesaid]'' Premises and that he hath in himself good Right full Power & Lawfull ''[sic]'' authority to grant, sell, convey, & assure the Premises in manner & form as aforesaid. And that the said James Martin and his Heirs & Assigns shall and may from henceforth and forever hereafter by force & virtue of these Presents Lawfully, Peaceably, & Quietly Have hold use Occupy possess & Enjoy all the above granted Premises with their appurtenances &every Part & Parcell ''[sic]'' thereof without Lett ''[sic]'', molestation, Denial, trouble or Contradiction of him the sd Moses Norman or his Heirs Executrs or administratrs: or of any Person or Persons Claiming & having any Lawfull Right Title or Interest therein by from or under him or by any other Lawfull ways or means
