-To Have and to Hold all and Singular the said above bargained Premises & every part and parcel thereof unto the said Samuel Stevens his Heirs Exors & Admors from and against all Person and Persons whatsoever shall and will Warrant & forever defend by these Presents. Provided always & it is the true Intent & meaning of these Presents, that if the said Barrack Norman his Heirs Exors or Admors shall do well & truly say or cause to be said unto the said Samuel Stevens his Heirs Exors Admors <del>assigns aforesaid sum of five hundred & forty one pounds good & lawful money of the province aforesaid shall do well & truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Samuel Stevens his Heirs Exors & Admors</del> or Assigns aforesaid Sum of Five hundred & forty one pounds good & lawfull Money of the Province aforesaid.
