-Of one hundred and thirty ''[130]'' acres of land, in Craven County; Butting and bounding Eastwardly on land of Mr. James Guerry, Westwardly on lands of Mrs. Susanna Dubose, Northwardly on Low Swamp not laid out, and Southwardly on Santee River; originally granted on the 4th day of December, anno Domini 1735 ''[04 Dec 1735]'', to Isaac Dubose, father of the Memorialist, at the quit rent of 3/ ster. ''[3s Sterling]'' or 4/ ''[4s]'' Proclamation money, p ''[per]'' 100 acres; and in and by the last will of the said Isaac Dubose, the father, bearing date the 12th day of June, anno Domini 1742 ''[12 Jun 1742]'', devised to the Memorialist.
