WE...DO GIVE AND GRANT unto **Moses Norman** his heirs and assigns, all that parcel or tract of land Containing Seven hundred and thirty five ''[735]'' acres Situate lying and being in Colleton County in the Province aforesaid and butting and bounding on the East side of Salcacha ''[sic: probably "Salkehatchie"]'' River to the Westward on the said River to the Southward on Mr. **Thomas Miles** land and all other sides on land not laid out.\\

Given under the Great Seal of our said Province Witness Thomas Broughton Esqr ''[Esquire]'' Lieut ''[Lieutenant]'' Governor and Commander in Chief in and over over ''[sic]'' said Province of South Carolina this thirteenth day of July anno Domini 1737 and in the Eleventh year of our Reign.
