IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN I **Joseph Elicott** in Charles Town in the Sd. ''[said]'' Province Sentl.''[?]'' Being very Sick & weak of body but of Sound & Perfect mind & memory Blessed for it but Considering the uncertainty of This Transitory Life & That all flesh Must yield unto Death when it Shall Please God to Call Do make and Put this my last Will & Testamt ''[Testament]'' in writing revoaking ''[sic]'' & making void all former & other will or Wills by me heretofore made or declared to be made Either by word or writing & this is to be deemed as my last will & Testamt. and no other %%----------%%

FIRST and principally I Commend my Soul to Almighty God who Gave it & my Body to the Earth from Whence it was Taken to be decently Buried by my Executrix & Executor hereafter Named and Now as to the worldly Estate as it has Pleased God to bless me withal ''[sic]'' I Give and Dispose of in Maner ''[sic]'' and forms following vizt.
