Notes

In 1840, William Asbury Daniel was likely enumerated in the household of his brother-in-law, Sterling Glover (before William married Agnes). We infer this based on:
  1. Two males aged 20-29 in the Glover household in 1840 (one of which was obviously Sterling himself),
  2. William is not found elsewhere on the 1840 census (specifically, he isn’t in his parents’ household), and
  3. The fact that Sterling sold a house to William in 1841, a house in which Sterling was then living.
(Could it be the house in which the Glover family was enumerated in 1840? If so, then Sterling probably sold the house to bachelor William as Sterling sought a bigger house for his growing family.)
William and Agnes were married on 07 Aug 1845.
