WE…DO GIVE AND GRANT unto Moses Norman his heirs and assigns, all that parcel or Tract of Land Containing one hundred and fifteen [115]
acres Situate lying and being in Berkley County in the Province aforesaid and Butting and Bounding on the north and West on lands of Thomas Waring Esqr. [Esquire]
Southerly on Joseph Stephens land and said Moses Norman's land Easterly on said Moses Norman's old tract.
