A Memorial entred in the Auditors office by Moses Norman the 26th day of April 1733 [26 Apr 1733]

A Grant bearing date January the 13th in year of our Lord u one thousand seven hundred and ten [13 Jan 1710], containing three hundred [300] acres, Butting & Bounding to the South Eastwards on Land Laid out to John Simmons and on the West on Land of Job Chamberlain & Richard Eagle, to the North on Land of Moses Graves & William Holmes, Situate in Colleton County, The rents thereon reserved to the Lords Proprietors being one Shilling per hundred Acres payable every first day of December a Memorial of the Said deed is required to be registered by me Moses Norman, pursuant to an act in that Case made and provided

In witness where of I the Said Moses Norman have hereunto Set my hand the 15th day of Feby 1732 [15 Feb 1732]

Memorandum, In the Grant the Land is Said to be in Berkley County, but when the dividing line was run it proved to be in Colleton
